Firmware Update - Remote Battery Reporting, Temperature, & Motion

Blackout Comms v3.3.6 was just published, and adds several features in compatible devices.

• Nearby device battery levels

• Temperature (live and remote)

• Remote motion status on Neighbors Screen

For temperature data, a realtime clock (DS3231) is currently required. These are included in all custom builds.
