Blackout Comms Live is a companion app for any compatible Blackout Comms device. It allows you to send/receive encrypted off-grid direct messages and broadcasts within your private cluster.
All encryption, jam-resistant communication, and meshing is handled by the Blackout Comms firmware and your Blackout Comms device. Blackout Comms live is simply a more convenient view.
Your encryption keys still never leave your hardware, so there's no risk that your phone OS will get a peek at those. While connected, all your device locations & messages are displayed on the app (and thus, available to the OS), so be aware of that.
