Build your own Blackout Comms T-Deck communicator using this complete kit. All components you need for a single communicator are included.
 
On 10/4/2026, I will be live-streaming a build demo of this kit. You can follow along, ask questions, etc. If you can't join the live-stream (or if you fall behind during the live build), no problem - you can always replay it later. You'll receive a link as the date gets closer, or follow me on X for updates. We will also be building the DIY T-Beam Supreme kit on 10/4.
 
Note: To have your own mesh cluster, you'll need more than 1 device. The additional devices can be more of these, Pager's, T-Deck Plus, or anything else compatible with Blackout Comms. A private Blackout Comms mesh network can have up to 90 devices.
 
Once assembled & flashed, this communicator will be a great option as your cluster root device (or add-on to an existing cluster). It will be fully compatible with the Blackout Comms Live companion app, map downloads, and everything else Blackout Comms offers. The included "Standard" license will cover up to 10 devices, including ones you purchase later on, no matter where you purchase them from (lilygo, heltec, amazon, etc).
 
With this DIY option, you will receive all components, a Blackout Comms license,  ready for you to assemble. No special tools or soldering are required. Basically, just plug the components together, put them in the enclosure, and you're ready to add a new device to your own private cluster.
